About Victor

"My mission is to empower the modern spiritual seeker with effective holistic tools and experiences to support their ascension journey."
-Victor Nguyen

Formative years

Victor was born Victor Hoat Nguyen on 26 October 1982 at 15:30 (3:30 pm) PDT in Los Angeles, California to Vietnamese parents who immigrated to the United States due to the Vietnam War. He attended private Catholic school in his youth, singing in the choir and serving as an altar boy. These early experiences connected him to religion and spirituality from a young age.

The Early Years

His first childhood experiences with any kind of therapeutic healing touch was with his grandma.

“I would have injuries from playing sports and during my visits with my grandparents on Sundays, I would ask my grandma to help make it feel better.  Her technique was so painful.  I would describe it as tendon milking and ligament flicking in addition to deep effleurage to bring circulation into the muscle tissues and areas of pain.

I remember her explaining to me one day, ‘So when there is pain in one area of the body, it’s important work above and below it.  Work in the direction towards the area of pain in addition to working in the direction away from the area of pain.  This helps with the circulation of blood to help everything heal faster.’

Little did I know at the time, I was learning and embodying firsthand folk traditional Vietnamese massage techniques from my grandma.”

Of an Age

Though shy, Victor felt comfortable connecting on an emotional level during one-on-one interactions, where he learned the importance of listening and holding space for others. During his adolescent years, Victor came to clarity around his identity as a gay individual after overcoming social pressures from self, family and others.

Impetus for Formal Training

In 2005, Victor experienced a freak car accident that totaled his car and his body.  He suffered from major whiplash and trauma. He tried everything from pharmaceutical medication for the pain and chiropractic care but nothing worked until he started to receive regular holistic massage therapy weekly for six months.

“Not only was able to be free of physical pain, I experienced an awakening emotionally and mentally as well.  I was processing and healing on a level that was deep and profound.

I was very curious of the work and took a tour of the school my massage therapist attended, signed up for the introductory class named Essentials and I’ve been practicing holistic health ever since then.”

Deepening practice and spiritual journey

In 2006, Victor began his studies in holistic health and massage therapy at the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB), earning a certificate as a Holistic Health Practitioner. His main takeaway from this foundational holistic health training was to be “psychologically sensitive when working on someone’s body through their times of change.”

He has been a licensed massage therapist in California since 2007, specializing in modalities like Thai Massage, Sports Massage and Relaxation Massage for clients including athletes and yogis.  His ability to hold space with clear intentions in a safe space allows for deep healing to unfold.

  • Introduced to Kundalini Yoga in 2015, Victor felt an awakening and curiosity to further explore this spiritual practice.

  • In 2016, he completed Kundalini Yoga teacher training and became a Certified Instructor through the Kundalini Research Institute.

  • By 2016, he received the spiritual name Chand Dyal Singh Khalsa and committed himself to serving all people while adopting a Sikh lifestyle.

  • Expanding his studies, Victor began learning about Tibetan Buddhism in 2018 and took refuge with the Tibetan name Konchok Gyatso.

  • Continually deepening his knowledge, Victor later completed specialized Kundalini training in the Yogic Science to Break Habits & Addictive Behaviors in 2018.

  • In 2019, his spiritual journey led him to discover Litios Light Crystals, initiating Victor as a Litios Christ Light Priest with the clear vision to help humanity ascend
